This is just an introduction to the group. Talk about the name of group and what it means.

After everything is said and done, bring up if something has been on someone’s mind and if they’d like to talk about and/or ask questions.

Opening verse: 1 Timothy 4:8 for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

  • Welcome everyone.
  • Talk about expectations:
    • Safe place
    • Everything here is confidential and WILL NOT be shared with anyone outside of here
    • Where the bathroom is
  • Respect your time.
  • Talking about what if means to be a man in society today. How do we remain strong in out convictions but be gracious enough to respond with empathy and compassion.
